Health

This section is designed for people with limited exercise equipment and limited nutritional sources. In this section are various articles regarding many sub-topics of the health field. There are also two sub-sections that are very important to many of our readers: Cardiovascular Health  and Strength Training. Many incarcerated people are very active and exercise regularly, but they often face a dilemma: there temporary living arrangements do not provide them with adequate space, equipment, or nutritional sources necessary in promoting a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. This section will teach them what they can do with limited space and equipment, which types of foods they have access to will be beneficial, and what to avoid! This section contains some of the newest and most ground-breaking information in the medical world.


Technology

Many incarcerated people are out of touch with the ever-changing technology market. This purpose of this section is to keep them up-to-date so that they are familiar with this innovative part of our lives.  This section not only contains interesting information to those who have been out of sync for a while, but it will prove very useful to our incarcerated friends and family members upon their release. This section contains many puzzles, from sudoku to crossword puzzles.  This section is great for working the brain and passing time.


Literature

 Offering suggestions and reviews on all types of publications, particularly books. Many incarcerated people are vigorous readers.  This section offers book reviews, informational articles such as "How to Get Your Book Published," etc. Many incarcerated people are writers, and this section is right up their alley.
